Admission & WithDrawals
- In Academic session 2018-19 our school secured 96.8% as highest in Class X board Examination and 93.6 % as Highest in Class XII Board Examination. More than 25 students in both classes secured First Division.
- All new admission are subject to availability of vacancies in any particular class and subject to performance in an admission test.
- Every candidate for admission must introduced in person by one who will be responsible to the Principal for the child.
- A student coming to school fresh from home should produce an official birth certificate to verify the date birth given in the admission form.
- Pupils coming from other schools must produce the Transfer Certificate of the school last attended, duly countersigned by the competent authority in the education department, and a Character Certificate from the previous school.

- A student may be removed from the rolls of the School on any of the following grounds:-
- Irregular attendance.
- Constant weakness in studies
- Indifference to the school activities
- Default of fees for more than three months.
- Habitual breach considered serious by the school authorities.
- Moral breach considered serious by the school authorities
- Behavioral problems like unruly behaviour, disrespect to teachers, disturbance in class etc.
- The Principal has the right to refuse the continuation of studies to any pupil in this school, whose conduct or influence is not satisfactory.
- In case of withdrawal. Transfer Certificate and other security deposits, if any, will be released on clearance of all school Dues.
Admission Under RTE
As per government directive, 25% of seats of KGI is reserved for the admission of children of below Poverty line (BPL) under RTE Act.

School Fees

PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES -
- Yearly fees paid if before 15th July. Rs. 500 will be exempted.
- 2. Fees can be paid in 8 installments between 1 to 15th of the month given as below:
- 1 st Installment : July (before 15th July)
- 2nd Installment : August (before 15th Aug)
- 3rd Installment : September (before 15th Sep)
- 4th Installment : October (before 15th Oct)
- 5th Installment : November (before 15th Nov)
- 6th Installment : December (before 15th Dec)
- 7th Installment : January (before 15th Jan)
- 8th Installment : February (before 15th Feb)
- The last installment has to be paid in time to avoid any inconvenience.
- Parents are requested to pay the fees every month from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm in the school office.
- The student's name, class, scholar no., as to be written clearly on the fee slip.
- If the fee is not paid for 3 consecutive months the student's name will be struck off from the roll automatically.
- Re-admission will be allowed depending on the availability of seats.
